Client Success

One of our favourite places on our website, this is where we proudly boast about our clients' achievements, successes and accomplishments.

The Beachouse bathes in a ‘win'

Grope Hamilton Lawyers client the Beachouse entertainment facility at Glenelg (formerly Magic Mountain) are delighted with their recent court ‘win'. They've obtained an order from the Supreme Court joining the builder Baulderstone Hornibrook as a defendant to its claim for defective building work against a joint venture associated with Urban Construct Pty Ltd. Mark Hamilton and Tonia Karagiannis are handling the claim.

Brompton Redevelopment Project goes to market

Success too, for our client Land Management Corporation. Their strategy to find a private sector buyer to contract to buy, remediate and sell the land for residential use has been successful. (This land was originally used largely for brick factories and was dotted with contamination caused by clay pug holes.)

The Brompton Redevelopment's first residential allotments have been recently released by the purchasing corporation for sale. Mark Hamilton handled all the legal work for the Land Management Corporation for the project.

“Here we celebrate our clients' success like they're our own because we aim to play a big contribution as part of their team.”
