Experience and areas of specialisation
Tonia joined Grope Hamilton Lawyers in 1998 having initially worked with the firm in the early 1990’s. Her expertise covers a broad range of commercial matters including litigation in the areas of contractual partnership, leasing disputes, security enforcement and debt collection.
She also has extensive experience in conducting commercial and civil trials in the Federal, Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts of South Australia.
Tonia’s field of speciality sees her regularly advise and represent clients in Wills and Estates, liquor and gaming license matters, construction disputes, arbitration and mediation and the often, highly complex fields of professional negligence and misrepresentation claims.
Personal interests
When not looking after the needs of her clients, Tonia looks after herself by walking, reading and spending valuable time with her family.
