Experience and areas of specialisation

Rino has practiced across a broad range of legal fields. He has been admitted as a legal practitioner in the Northern Territory (1974), the Australian Capital Territory (1975) and South Australia (1978).

His past experience includes industrial representation for unions and commercial law preparing commercial documents for businesses. He has broad experience in insurance claims, business and property transactions and disputes, industrial matters, contractual claims, tortious claims and estate disputes with inheritance claims. He has represented clients in the various court jurisdictions in the N.T., A.C.T. and South Australia.

With this broad experience background Rino now focusses on dispute resolution principally in commercial and civil litigation.

Personal interests

Rino's pasttimes include watching AFL football, world cup matches and golf. Attending the theatre is a regular activity. Reading, gardening and cooking are his escape from the litigious world. Walking as a pleasurable and fitness activity has been recently added. But travelling with all the new experiences that come with travel remains high on his agenda as an essential pursuit for an enjoyable existence.
